Composition:
Each Table contains 500 mg, 750 mg or 1000 mg metformin
Indication:
Metformin Tablets is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Dosage:
The usual starting dose of Sugalance is 500 mg twice a day or 850 mg once daily, given with meals. Dosage increases should be made with increments of 500 mg weekly or 850 mg every two weeks up to a total of 2000 mg per day given in divided doses. The maximum recommended daily dose of Sugalance in adults 2550 mg and 2000 mg in pediatric patients.
